What data we collect
Through the join and contact forms we collect the student's name and date of birth, the parent's name and contact details (phone, email), the training preference and the message content. About website use we collect anonymous statistics.
What we use data for
We use the data to get in touch, organise teaching and fulfil the contract. We use anonymous statistics to improve the website. We do not sell your data. To measure advertising effectiveness we use Google Ads with your consent.
Retention
We keep data for as long as it is needed for communication or the contract. If you no longer study at Ciara, we delete the data within a reasonable time, except for obligations arising from law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. To do so, write to us. You also have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Third parties
Your data is processed on our behalf by carefully chosen service providers: web hosting, a cloud database (for securely storing form submissions), email delivery, and the map on the contact page. With your consent we also use Google Ads to measure advertising effectiveness. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and does not use it for its own purposes.
