What data we collect
Through the join and contact forms we collect the participant's name, age, the parent's name and contact details (phone, email) and the message content. About website use we collect anonymous statistics.
What we use data for
We use the data to get in touch, organise teaching and fulfil the contract. We use anonymous statistics to improve the website. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
We keep data for as long as it is needed for communication or the contract. If you no longer study at Ciara, we delete the data within a reasonable time, except for obligations arising from law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. To do so, write to us. You also have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Third parties
The website runs on the Vercel platform. We use anonymous analytics, the Google Maps map on the contact page and the Resend service for email delivery. Each of them processes data under its own privacy terms.
